What J10 is
J10 is a free rewards service run by J10 Inc. Fans pick their favourite teams, and when a team wins or draws they receive a coupon for participating local shops. Fans never pay to take part, and nothing of value is staked or wagered.
Coupons
A win unlocks a 10% coupon and a draw unlocks a 5% coupon. Coupons are valid for 7 days from when they are issued, one coupon per bill. Each shop accepts one J10 coupon per fan per week. Coupons have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.
Participating shops
Shops choose which days they accept coupons and may set a monthly limit, so a coupon may not be accepted on every day or once a shop's limit is reached. Shops are independent businesses, and J10 is not responsible for the goods or services they provide.
Giving back
J10 donates 10% of the fees it collects from shops to registered youth sport charities, based on the charities fans choose. Donations are made by J10, not by fans, and are not tax-deductible for fans.
Your account
Give us accurate information and keep your login secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse coupons. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission. You can close your account at any time from your Profile or by emailing j10app@protonmail.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we'll tell you by email or in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
