What we collect
Your email, first name, home area, team picks, chosen charity, coupons, and where you used them. We use this to run J10, issue coupons, send you coupon emails, and calculate charity donations.
Who sees it
Shops see only your first name and the coupon details at the counter. They never see your email. We use trusted service providers (such as hosting and email delivery) who may handle your data only to help us run J10. We do not sell your data.
Emails
We email you when you get a coupon. You can turn this off in your Profile.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or de-identify it within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing j10app@protonmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way, we'll tell you by email or in the app.
